Who are we looking for?

First and foremost, you are passionate about CG. You know how to bridge the gap between engineering and art by creating stories that engage clients. At POWER, we seek those who possess an open mind, positive attitude, leave the ego at the door, and are adaptable to change. As Senior 3D Visualization Specialist, you drive creative 3D concepts with the Team; know how to use visual software to lead the creation of outstanding artwork; have advanced rendering skills with clean, modern aesthetics; have experience in video compositing principles; are able to both provide and receive constructive feedback. Working closely with your colleagues, you employ your technical skills to determine product solutions and help overcome design challenges. Highly self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset, you are capable of producing high quality work on budget and within established deadlines. Successful candidates should be able to model, texture, shade, light, look dev and composite CG images or shots. You may work remotely full-time at a location other than a POWER Engineers-designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a POWER office for periodic meetings. The role will be reporting to the Department Manager and be involved in establishing creative direction for Project Teams using primarily Max and Unreal content platforms. If you are very creative with a strong aesthetic sensibility and have top-notch technical skills, then we’d love to hear from you.
