Senior Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced marketing professional to play this role.

What you'll do:

  • You will work across Marketing and Sales and lead marketing efforts to:

  • Build relationships and collaborate cross-firm with other teams within marketing, sales, management, and key business leaders to drive go-to-market goals.

  • Drive development, maintenance, and execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Lead the marketing projects focused on innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness; Direct day-to-day activities to deliver expected outcomes

  • Partner with marketers and colleagues across the organization to lead and deliver projects utilizing cross-functional teaming and collaboration

  • Demonstrate an advanced level of proficiency in marketing strategy and processes and use these skills to form recommendations, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions

  • Bring innovative marketing thinking and leading practices to all marketing activities.

  • Drive strategic discussions around messaging development and marketing planning

  • Draft a variety of different types of content, including but not limited to messaging, internal communications, sales materials, etc. Manage and facilitate creation strategy and asset creation.

  • Create and implement social and digital plans for campaigns and activations.

  • Plan logistics, invitations, registration, conference materials, and on-site assistance to create a compelling client experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business or technology field

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing and sales experience.

  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results

  • An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically

  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times

  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills

  • Superior Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work in a primarily virtual environment
