POWER Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant in our Boise (Meridian), Idaho office location. This person will report directly to the Corporate Administrative Support Manager, and provide dedicated support to a C-suite level executive. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized and detail oriented, self-motivated, professional, intuitive and skilled at time management, prioritization of tasks, anticipating needs and highly responsive.
Essential Job Duties
Provide high-level, dedicated administrative support to a C-suite level executive.
Work and interact closely with assigned executive to understand, intuit and anticipate needs, challenges and solutions.
Enhance executive’s effectiveness by providing confidential executive administrative support.
Frequently compose and finalize complex correspondence, presentations, documents, reports, expense reports, requisitions and other business documents.
Manage executives' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communications.
Maintain executives' calendar and logistics by planning and scheduling meetings and conferences, teleconferences and travel which may include catering and external vendor coordination.
Interact with all levels of the organization and interface with external clients, where needed.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Associate degree in Business or relevant field.
5+ year’s previous administrative assistant experience.
4+ year’s previous experience supporting a senior/C-suite level executive (i.e. CEO, CAO, CFO, etc.) at a mid-sized or large firm.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam with the ability to become familiar with internal company programs and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be polished, flexible, adaptable, tactful and diplomatic.
Exercise discretion and demonstrate the ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Bachelor degree in Business or relevant field.
Advanced certifications/credentials in MS Office, technical writing or related.
Ability to quickly adapt and assimilate in a new work environment by developing effective relationships and networks.
Have previous experience/knowledge of engineering, consulting or related professional services (i.e. utilities, energy, construction, etc.)
Ability to assist with events and activities in the evenings and during weekends.
