Project Accounting Assistant
POWER Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Accounting Assistant to work in our Phoenix, AZ, San Antonio, TX, or Anaheim, CA office.
Roles and Responsibilities
Job duties include basic budgeting knowledge, data entry, project filing, all aspects of document control such as transmitting deliverables, logging and tracking incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining and archiving electronic files, attending meetings, taking minutes and assisting the departments and project team as needed. The ideal candidate has basic accounting knowledge and is able to interact with key members of the project team.
Required Education/Experience
High school diploma required
Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and Outlook)
Good knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP
Strong organization and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good writing skills
The Ideal candidate would be a self-starter and team player, able to work within the structure of established procedures and processes. Relevant experience includes accounting clerk, book keeper, office manager, and general clerical duties.

- Additional college education is a plus
