Our Facilities Business Unit is growing, and we are seeking an Entry-level Packaging Systems Designer.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting in and producing packaging system designs, including:

  • Developing and delivering packaging CAD and design deliverables withing project budget to POWER and Client CAD standards

  • Learning about and then helping to develop mass balances, conveyor calculations, and other engineering deliverables

  • Participating in site visits for data acquisition, meetings, and installation support.

Required Education/Experience

  • 0-2 years of AutoCAD and 2D/3D relevant experience such as Inventor

  • 3D Modeling capabilities in AutoCAD or other 3D software

  • Ability to travel 10-20% within the United States

Desired Education/Experience

  • Technical Design Degree or other credentials

  • 1-2 years Revit capability

  • Ability to display 3D files in Navisworks, Revizto, or similar software

  • 3D modeling ability using scan and point cloud data in a variety of formats

  • 2-4 years 3D CAD design experience

  • 1 year Designer experience in design and layout of Food or Beverage (prefer packaging) systems

  • Manufacturing or equipment design experience
