Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:

POWER Engineers is seeking a full-timeContracts Administratorto work within the Operations Legal Department in ourBoise, Idaho office.In this role you will review incoming contracts for both proposals and awarded projects. You will ascertain the viability, analyze the risk, and advise on whether language needs to be deleted or modified. You will provide summary memos to Project Managers that outline the risks and involve corporate counsel when necessary. You will participate with Project Managers in negotiating changes and providing explanations when warranted. This role also provides guidance to POWER staff in the preparation of form contracts, including data entry, reviewing, development of contract language, and coordinating and/or issuing POWER contracts. You will also assist in maintaining contract files, including database (ProjectWise) entry, and managing hard and electronic files as needed.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field

  • 2years’ experience in the contracting/legal field or equivalent

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to focus on details while working in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to multi-task while working under tight deadlines

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite software such as Word, Excel and Outlook

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Experience in the engineering environment

  • ProjectWise or equivalent database experience
