Marketing and Proposal Development CoordinatorRoles and Responsibilities

POWER Engineers, Inc., one of the nation’s strongest energy-related engineering and environmental consultants, is currently seeking a full-time Marketing and Proposal Development Coordinator for the Government Services in our Boise, Idaho, office. This is a professional-level position focused on coordinating the production and delivery of proposals, qualification packages and marketing materials to respond to client requests. Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, with preference to majors in English, Communications, Journalism and Marketing, or similar

  • High degree of self-motivation, initiative and follow-through

  • Demonstrated skills coordinating diverse groups of people

  • Effective time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Able to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks based on shifting needs

  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills using a variety of media

  • Experience with standard office software

  • Able to work regular business hours with occasional overtime, alone or in a team

Desired Education/Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience with RFPs and grant or technical writing is helpful, as is experience with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Previous experience in engineering consulting or similar technical industry is a plus
