Human Resources Talent Acquisition Intern
Job Summary
POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking an Intern to work in our Talent Acquisition team in our Boise, Idaho office. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager with a focus on our Early Talent Program. You will assist with the Early Talent Program, gathering data, creating reports, and handling logistics for our college recruiting career fairs and the hiring processes surrounding these events. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely assistance under minimal supervision, helping the Talent Acquisition team meet their daily objectives. This position will be flexible in hours, and we will coordinate around your school schedule during the school year with the ability to go full time during the academic breaks.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
Gathering data for our Early Talent Program and developing reports for our college career fairs and hiring activity from the career fairs
Helping schedule phone interviews and working with managers and candidates
Helping with career fair shipments and coordination
Required Education/Experience
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Must be able to work in the US without the need for work sponsorship
Desired Skills/Experience
Experience using an ATS (Taleo, Workday, ADP, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge of US Labor Laws
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exhibits good interpersonal and organizational skills
