Entry Level Graphic Designer - Power Delivery Division
POWER Engineers, one of the nation’s strongest energy-related engineering and environmental consultants, is currently seeking an entry-level Graphic/Production Designer for the Power Delivery Division. This person will be responsible for supporting the execution of design concepts, layout of graphics, updating brochures, maps, fact sheets, presentations, newsletters, posters and other graphic materials. The designer will work as part of a marketing and proposal team focused on meeting the needs of internal clients.
The ideal candidate loves problem solving, thrives on varied assignments, pays meticulous attention to detail, and enjoys learning new things.

Bachelor’s degree, with preference to majors in graphic design or similar
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Ability to learn or experienced with facilitating the design process, and presenting design rationales
Willingness to listen to feedback and adjust design approaches
Ability to learn or experienced with effective time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to learn or experienced with working in a creative role in a corporate environment
Must be able to work alone or in a team
Email marketing experience, including some proficiency working with various email marketing platforms
Experience supporting social media campaigns
Experience with project management software (e.g. Monday.com)
