Accounts Receivable Area Lead
This position will oversee the Accounts Receivable and Expense Report Team. This position will report and work out of our Boise, ID office.
Given the nature of this job the right candidate will need
Strong working knowledge of Accounts Receivable
Good leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
Good general accounting basics with a focus in AR
Strong customer service skills
Strong organization skills
Strong analytical skills
General Tasks
Lead the Accounts Receivable and Expense Report Team
Understanding of Accounts Receivable functionality in ERP system
Supervision of cash, collections, and expense reports
Monitoring and Review of Account Reconciliations
Assist in AR weekly processes
Other AR and supervisory activities as needed
Required Education/ Experience:
College degree with a focus in accounting
In lieu of degree 6+ years of accounting and supervisory experience
Good Microsoft suite skills
Solid communication skills
Preferred Education/ Experience:
Familiar with Dynamics or other ERP Systems
College degree with a focus in accounting
4+ years of accounting experience
2+ years of supervisory experience

Salary DOE: The pay range for this position is $65-$75K per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
