Transmission Line Inspector

Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform field inspections on electrical transmission line projects.

Required Education/Experience

Successful candidate will have 5 or more years of active field experience, computer skills (to properly fill out daily and weekly reports) and also be capable of photo documentation with working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Work is performed outdoor in all types of weather from snow, wind, and rain to sun and heat. Work involves standing for long periods of time, walking over rough and uneven terrain.

Desired Education/Experience

Knowledge of Transmission Line work, foundations and stringing of conductors, and Transmission Substations and facilities, are all strongly preferred.
